FREE SHIPPING | All orders $99+ 

We offer free shipping on all orders of $99 or more for all domestic orders. 

On orders $99 or less a standard shipping fee of $10 is assessed at checkout. 

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS  and should arrive within 7 business days. 

PREORDERS 

Pre order items will ship on or before date listed. The Pre Order Date May change due to high volume.  If you have additional items listed on a pre order, we will not ship separately, the entire order will ship together.

DELAYS 
Please note: On occasion, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. House of Maribella Boutique  is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. We also ship to P.O boxes, military addresses (APO).

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

RETURNS

We will happily accept returns on all full-priced merchandise for store credit. All full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned for store credit. Products found damaged and used will not receive store credit. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, and etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the package. Please include a copy of the packing slip and include the reason for your return. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please print out your confirmation email and this will suffice as record of your transaction. 

RETURN PROCESS

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS BACK TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF
PAYMENT.
 
We ask that you take your time in selecting your purchase and feel free to reach out to us with any questions. Store credit never expires. We refresh inventory often to provide our customer with a variety of beautiful pieces.
FINAL SALE ITEMS 
Final sale items do not qualify for the return policy.
 
HOW TO INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please send an email to our Customer Service team at info@shophouseofmaribella.com.
Please enter "Initiate A Return"in the subject line. Include your name, address and items included in the return. Within 3 business days, you will receive an email containing the return tracking number slip for inclusion with your return. You will receive a store credit in the amount of the original purchase via email.
STORE CREDITS
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.
